This single storey extension required Planning Permission, as it was over 20 square metres in size. Planning usually takes between 6-8 weeks to accquire. We can usually suggest whether permission would be granted but it is not always guaranteed. For this reason we suggest a preliminary drawing is made and submitted.
Upon completion of your project a certificate will be issued by Building Control which will cover all the Building Regulation aspects of our work, including the installation of windows and doors. If you require us to supply and fit windows, doors and/or a conservatory only, then we are able to provide this through our FENSA registered suppliers.
The customer wanted a bigger kitchen and eating area. We all have different needs and our homes can be adapted to suit a growing familys' needs. The cost for this project was £ 21,000 plus VAT. The cost included, all ground work, the shell, including windows and doors, electrical work, plastering and kitchen fitting. A kitchen can cost as little as £1,500 up to what ever your budget may be. We fitted this kitchen at a fraction of the cost the supplier was demanding.
EXTRAS
We are often asked to provide extras. On this occasion we provided a fitted kitchen, laminate flooring and patio area. We are able to offer reasonable prices for extras because we are already on site. A cost is applied for each item and agreed prior to commencement and, payment is requested on completion of each item.
A vaulted ceilng adds character to a room and creates a feeling of space.
